News PHOTO CALL: First Look at Remake of Movie Musical "Fame" MGM will present a remake of the 1980 movie musical "Fame," starring Debbie Allen, Charles S. Dutton, Kelsey Grammer, Megan Mullally and Bebe Neuwirth as staff to a host of young stars.

Kevin Tancharoen directs the New York City High School of Performing Arts-set film that features newcomers Kristy Flores (as dancer Rosie), Paul Iacono (filmmaker Neil), Paul McGill (dancer Kevin), Naturi Naughton (pianist Denise), Kay Panabaker (actress Jenny), Kherington Payne (ballerina Alice), Collins Pennie (artist Malik), Walter Perez (musician Victor) and Anna Maria Perez de Tagle (talent Joy Moy). Here is a first look at the forthcoming Lakeshore Entertainment release:
