The production, with direction by Paul Stancato and choreography by Antoinette DiPietropolo, also features William Thomas Evans, Nick Dalton, Eric LaJuan Summers, Gina Milo, Ashley Moniz, Terita R. Redd, Bruce Rebold, Alex Michael Stoll, Amy Burgmaier and Roger E. DeWitt. Also appearing in the production are Tamala Baldwin, Christy Clark, Paige Williams, Madison Greene, Nik Alexzander, Malorie Bryant, Kara DeYoe, Sara Dobrinich, Kelli Gautreau, Zan Gerson, Robert McCaffrey, Jared Mancuso, Ben Hoffman and Evan Michael Smith.

Engeman press notes state "Loveable plus-size heroine, Tracy Turnblad, has a passion for dancing and wins a spot on the local TV dance program, "The Corny Collins Show." Overnight she finds herself transformed from outsider to teen celebrity. Can a larger-than-life adolescent manage to vanquish the program's reigning princess, integrate the television show, and find true love (singing and dancing all the while, of course!) without mussing her hair?"
