According to the official press release, "The Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre will allow Roundabout to continue its mission to produce new plays by established writers and lesser-known classic plays. Since leaving its Criterion Center theatres in 1999, Roundabout has been seeking a long-term off-Broadway home. Now with this new complex, Roundabout’s important work supporting the development of new plays will continue. The inaugural production is Intimate Apparel, a new play by Lynn Nottage, directed by Daniel Sullivan."
