News PHOTO CALL: Jeff Goldblum, Jerry O'Connell, Michael Urie and More Celebrate Seminar Los Angeles Opening The Los Angeles debut of the Broadway production of Theresa Rebeck's comedy Seminar, starring Aya Cash, Lucas Near-Verbrugghe, Jennifer Ikeda and Greg Keller, and Academy Award and Emmy Award nominee Jeff Goldblum, opened Oct. 17 following previews from Oct. 10 at Center Theatre Group's Ahmanson Theatre.

In Seminar, CTG notes remind us, "four aspiring young writers sign up for private writing classes with Leonard (played by Goldblum), an international literary figure. Under his recklessly brilliant and unorthodox instruction, some thrive and others flounder, alliances are made and broken, sex is used as a weapon and hearts are unmoored. The wordplay is not the only thing that turns vicious as innocence collides with experience in this provocative new comedy."
