News PHOTO CALL: LaBute Debuts on Broadway with reasons to be pretty Neil LaBute makes his Broadway debut as a playwright with reasons to be pretty starring Piper Perabo, Thomas Sadoski, Marin Ireland and Steven Pasquale.

Terry Kinney directs the production with his original Off-Broadway stars Perabo and Sadoski. Ireland and Pasquale join the duo for Broadway.

Reasons to be pretty "confronts America's obsession with physical beauty headlong," according to press notes. In the new play, "Greg's (Sadoski) tight-knit social circle is thrown into turmoil when his off-handed remarks about a female co-worker's pretty face (and his girlfriend's lack thereof) get back to said girlfriend (Ireland). But that's just the beginning."
