Nathan Lane, who appeared in Terrence McNally's Lisbon Traviata and Love! Valor! Compassion!, joined the playwright for the Oct. 26 opening of The Full Monty, which features a book by McNally. At right, fellow playwright Jon Robin Baitz (Mizlansky/Zilinsky, Substance of Fire) and Joe Mantello, who directed Love! Valor! Compassion! for McNally. The Full Monty, based on the hit1997 British movie about six unemployed steel workers who turn to stripping to make money in their economically depressed town, has music and lyrics by David Yazbek and a book by McNally. Patrick Wilson, John Ellison Conlee, Andre de Shields, Jason Danieley, Emily Skinner, Annie Golden and Lisa Datz lead the cast on display at Broadway's Eugene O'Neill.
