Amanda Charlton directs the Lopez work (Aug. 5-16) on the Nikos Stage with a cast that also features Will LeBow, Matt McGrath and Brenda Wehle. Caroline in Jersey centers on the titular "down and out" woman. "She's having a nervous breakdown, her career as an actress is tragically dwindling, and a peculiar stranger has made his presence known in her new apartment. Can she find a way to conquer it all?" ask Williamstown Theatre Festival press notes.
