You've seen their faces around Lincoln Center before - there's Tony winners John Weidman and Karen Ziemba (both of the current Beaumont hit Contact), Donna Murphy (Hello Again played the Mitzi Newhouse in 1994) and Hello Again composer Michael John LaChiusa (Marie Christine played the Vivian Beaumont in 1999). They were on hand Jan. 14 to catch the opening night performance of Barbara Cook's Mostly Sondheim concert.

The show is billed as "mostly" Sondheim because Cook also sings a handful of songs Sondheim has said he wishes he'd written — work by Harold Arlen & E.Y. Harburg, Cy Coleman & Dorothy Fields, Jerry Bock & Sheldon Harnick (her famous "Ice Cream" from She Loves Me) and Irving Berlin. Mostly Sondheim plays Sunday nights and Mondays through Feb. 11.
