The awards, which celebrate excellence in Off-Broadway theatre, will be held May 5 at the Union Square Theatre with Tony Award winner Julie White hosting. Betrayed, Blackbird, The Brothers Size, New Jerusalem... and Opus were nominated for Outstanding Play. Adding Machine, Next to Normal, Passing Strange, The Slug Bearers of Kayrol Island (or the Friends of Dr. Rushower) and Wanda's World will vie for Outstanding Musical.
