Cherry Jones and Dana Ivey star in the Roundabout Theatre revival of Major Barbara, which opened July 12 at Broadway's American Airlines Theatre. Jones is the good salvation army major who must fight against her heritage as the daughter of a joyfully wicked (and maddeningly articulate) Victorian industrialist (David Warner) in the new Roundabout Theatre Company revival of George Bernard Shaw’s classic Major Barbara. Directed by Daniel Sullivan (Proof), Major Barbara plays at the American Airlines Theatre through Sept. 2.
