News PHOTO CALL: Memory of Brits Off Broadway Jonathan Lichtenstein's Memory, part of the Brits Off Broadway festival, celebrated its opening night May 10 at Bistro 60 in Manhattan.

The production, which began performances May 5 and runs through May 27, is directed by Terry Hands at 59E59's Theater A. Vivien Parry leads the cast, which also includes Lee Haven-Jones, Daniel Hawksford, Ifan Huw Dafydd, Simon Nehan, Oliver Ryan and Christian McKay.

The play comes to New York from Clwyd Theatr Cymru in Wales. According to press notes, Memory "is a powerful dramatization of the power and failure of memory. Crossing between two generations, Memory links the events of the Holocaust with the modern-day Israeli-Palestinian conflict."
