News PHOTO CALL: New York City Peers Into a Living Room in Africa with Play's Opening Edge Theatre Company, the small Off-Broadway troupe run by set designer David Korins and director Carolyn Cantor, is currently presenting the world premiere of Bathsheba Doran’s Living Room in Africa Off-Broadway.

The production opened on March 22 and deals with the on-going AIDS and poverty crises in Africa. When a man and woman move from England to open an art museum in Africa, they soon realize that they are in the middle of a hot spot for both epidemics, forcing them examine their own personal and political ideals. At left, cast members Ana Reeder and Rob Campbell, as well as Korins, Doran and Cantor, are seen after the show’s opening night.
