News PHOTO CALL: Off-Broadway Musical I Love You Works Marriage Magic on 50th Couple Life imitated art for the fiftieth time at the long-running Off-Broadway show I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change on May 17, as an on-stage marriage proposal from one audience member to another was accepted during the curtain call.

Heather Smith did like 49 other women before her on the stage of the Westside Theatre when she accepted fiancée Robert Coon’s proposal directly after a matinee performance. I Love You - which currently stars The Woman in White’s Ron Bohmer – is in its 10th smash year. Below, Bohmer, along with cast members Anne Bobby and Jamie LaVerdiere are seen flanking the happy couple.
