Neither of their plays won the Outer Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Revival of a Play, but Noises Off and Fortune's Fool still had something to celebrate. Noises' Katie Finneran (with co-star and 2001 Tony Award winner Richard Easton) won Outstanding Featured Actress in a Play, while Alan Bates won Outstanding Actor in a Play and Frank Langella took home Outstanding Featured Actor in a Play.
Urinetown won three awards, including Outstanding Broadway Musical while Edward Albee's The Goat won Outstanding Broadway Play. Oklahoma! was dubbed Outstanding Revival of a Musical (also taking Supporting Actor, Choreography, Lighting and Set honors), and Morning's at Seven won for Outstanding Revival of a Play.
