Everybody was out to revisit The Graduate including popular talk show host Rosie O'Donnell, "Sopranos" star Jamie-Lynn Sigler and soprano Jessye Norman. The Graduate opened April 4 at the Plymouth Theatre.

The Graduate is written by Terry Johnson, adapted from the original novel by Charles Webb and the motion picture screenplay by Calder Willingham and Buck Henry. Audiences will recognize several scenes taken virtually verbatim from the film script. However, there are also a few sequences which were not in the movie at all, including various exchanges between Benjamin and his parents and, significantly, a scene in which Elaine and her mother get falling down drunk. Johnson also directs the comedy, which features Kathleen Turner as Mrs. Robinson, Jason Biggs as Benjamin and Alicia Silverstone as Elaine.
