The guest of honor at the gala was architect Frank Gehry, who designed Signature Theatre Company's new home, Signature Center, that is currently under construction on West 42nd Street. The gala also honored actress Hallie Foote with The Signature Playwrights Award. Foote is currently appearing in Horton Foote's (her late father) acclaimed trilogy The Orphans' Home Cycle.
