Kathie Lee Gifford hosted the Second Annual National High School Musical Theatre Awards, celebrating achievement in vocals, dance and acting, on June 28.

Among the presenters for the evening were nine-time Tony Award winner Tommy Tune and The Addams Family's Wesley Taylor, along with many other Broadway personalities. The awards presented included the Jimmy Award for Best Performance by an Actor and Actress, merit scholarships and professional opportunities.

The Jimmy Award, named for Broadway producer and theatre owner James Nederlander, will be presented after five days of interviews, private coaching, master classes and rehearsals at New York University Tisch School of the Arts Department of Drama's New Studio on Broadway: Music Theatre and Acting.
