News   PHOTO CALL: The Armed Services Salute Suzanne Somers After Performance Representatives from each branch of the United States Armed Services honored Suzanne Somers on July 9 for her un-ending support of them after a performance of her new Broadway show The Blonde in the Thunderbird.

The show is a one-woman autobiographical look at Somers’ life, taking its title from the small role she played in George Lucas’ cult film “American Graffiti.” Somers has long been recognized for her efforts in support of the nation’s uniformed and armed services.

Below Somers receives an award for her on stage at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre on West 47th Street in New York City.
