Mercedes Ruehl and Bill Pullman (far right) take their opening night bow March 10 at the Golden Theatre with director David Esbjornson (center left) and playwright Edward Albee (center right) between them.

In The Goat, Pullman and Ruehl star as a husband and wife whose family is torn apart by his revelation of an affair with someone — or something — that might not even be human. The Goat, directed by David Esbjornson, is Albee's first new work on Broadway since 1981's The Man Who Had Three Arms.
