News PHOTO CALL: Tony Nominees Begin Awards Push by Greeting the Press On May 12, the inevitable media frenzy surrounding the Tony Awards got into full swing with the annual press luncheon at the Millenium Hotel in New York City.

Many of this year's nominees were shuffled from station to station as all of the city and country's major news organizations fought for a few seconds with each nominee. For a complete list of the nominations, Click Here.

Some of the people in attendance included Denis O'Hare (Assassins), Raul Esparza (Taboo), director Jason Moore and bookwriter Jeff Whitty (Avenue Q), choreographer Jerry Mitchell (Never Gonna Dance), Hunter Foster (Little Shop of Horrors), and John Tartaglia, with Rod (Avenue Q).

The 2004 Tony Awards, held at Radio City Music Hall, will be televised live on CBS on June 6.
