Four of Seussical's leads - Janine LaManna, Michele Pawk, David Shiner and Kevin Chamberlin - celebrate the opening of the Dr. Seuss-inspired Seussical Nov. 30 at the Richard Rodgers Theatre.
Seussical is set in and around Horton the Elephant's home, the Jungle of Nool. The Cat in the Hat (David Shiner) serves as a kind of tour guide. Horton the Elephant (Kevin Chamberlin), Gertrude McFuzz (Janine LaManna), Mayzie La Bird (Michele Pawk), the folks of Whoville, The Grinch, and others sing about home, love, family, loss and imagination — all "the 'thinks' you can think."
