Ed Harris stars in the latest play by Neil LaBute, Wrecks, which is opened Oct. 10, with its New York debut at the Public Theater. LaBute also directs. Previews began Sept. 26 for the solo work. The LaBute play had its world premiere at the Everyman Palace Theatre in Cork, Ireland, on Nov. 23, 2005. Harris starred then, as well.

Wrecks takes place during a funeral service. Harris plays Ed, a man who has just lost his wife of 30 years, JoJo. The relationship turns out to have been one of enduring love, but also founded on a secret of classical proportions.
