Hello, this is Josh Grisetti reporting from the infamous Cape Playhouse in Dennis, Mass. My day begins trying to steal wireless internet from the nearest neighbor... the only place I can get a signal is at my kitchen sink.

My dressing room was the preferred dressing room of Madam Gertrude Lawrence, who allegedly haunts the theatre. She is rumored to prefer men in her dressing room, and is particularly fond of flowers. I have accommodated both.

Based on the best-selling novel by William Goldman and the 1968 Paramount Pictures film, No Way To Treat a Lady, according to press notes, is the "story of two men: an unemployed actor who would (and literally does) kill to be on the front page of The New York Times, and a lonely mensch of a detective who must find balance between a career-making case, his overbearing Jewish mother, and his shiksa goddess girlfriend."
Winner of the Richard Rodgers Award, Cohen's No Way To Treat a Lady received its world premiere in 1987 Off-Broadway at the Hudson Guild Theatre before returning to New York in an acclaimed revival at The York Company a decade later. Since then, the world has seen over 100 productions of Cohen’s musical in six languages and eight different countries.
