On the Road With Cameron Mitchell Bell and the New National Tour of Annie Troika Entertainment, LLC presents a new U.S. national tour of Annie, which launched Sept. 26 at the Fisher Theatre in Detroit, MI. Cast member Cameron Mitchell Bell offers an extensive look at life on the road as the adult, child and canine members of the company spread the show's joyful message across the nation.

Directed by lyricist and original director Martin Charnin, the non-Equity tour features a brand-new physical incarnation of the Tony Award-winning musical.

In the title role is Issie Swickle, a nine-year-old actress from Davie, FL, making her tour debut. Gilgamesh Taggett stars as Oliver Warbucks with Lynn Andrews as Miss Hannigan, Ashley Edler as Grace, Garrett Deagon as Rooster, Lucy Werner as Lily and Allan Ray Baker as FDR. Sunny, a four-year-old rescue terrier mix, stars as Sandy. The orphans are Angelina Carballo, Adia Dant, LillyBea Ireland, Sydney Shuck, Lilly Mae Stewart and Isabel Wallach. The featured ensemble includes Amy Burgmaier, Cameron Mitchell Bell, John Cormier, Brian Cowing, Todd Fenstermaker, Chloe Horner, Evan Mayer, Jake Mills, Meghan Seaman, Hannah Slabaugh, Lily Emilia Smith and Chloe Tiso.

Sandy has been trained by Tony Award Honoree William Berloni.

Annie has a book by Thomas Meehan, music by Charles Strouse and lyrics by Charnin. All three received 1977 Tony Awards for their work. Choreography is by Liza Gennaro, who has incorporated selections from her father Peter Gennaro’s 1977 Tony Award-winning choreography.

The production also features scenic design by Tony Award winner Beowulf Boritt, costume design by Suzy Benzinger, lighting design by Tony Award winner Ken Billington and sound design by Tony Award nominee Peter Hylenksi.

Musical supervision and additional orchestrations are by Keith Levenson; casting is by Joy Dewing CSA and Holly Buczek CSA, Joy Dewing Casting.
