Frost/Nixon
The arrival of Frost/Nixon marked the Broadway debuts of playwright Peter Morgan (newly minted Oscar winner for the screenplay of "The Queen") and director Michael Grandage (artistic director of Donmar Warehouse, where Frost originated.) In the play, the landmark faceoff between interviewer David Frost and disgraced president Richard Nixon was recreated by Michael Sheen and Frank Langella, respectively. Both actors have recreated their portrayals for a 2008 movie adaptation directed by Ron Howard.Back | Return to Beginning
