Oskar Eustis and the Public Theater

On Nov. 17 Oskar Eustis, artistic director at Rhode Island's Trinity Rep, was named the successor to George C. Wolfe at what is arguably the preeminent not-for-profit theatre in the country. Eustis immediately pledged to continue the Public's tradition of supporting new and minority writers. While Wolfe held the title of producer, Eustis will officially serve as the company's artistic director. View next photo
