The monthly celebration of cabaret's best CDs will be held at Dillon's Restaurant. Recordings chosen for this month's top honors include Karen Oberlin's "Secret Love: The Music of Doris Day" (Miranda Music) and Bill Daugherty's "Look to the Rainbow" (Thoroughbred Records). Both Oberlin and Daugherty will be on hand to perform several tunes from their acclaimed recordings. Daugherty will be joined by Connie Pachl, and Oberlin will welcome Eric Comstock as her special guest. Jazz singer Annie Ross will introduce the evening. The selected CDs will be played throughout the night (and the month to come) on the Dillon's sound system. Daugherty and Oberlin will also autograph copies of their recordings for those wishing to purchase them that evening.
