News Pics! Jason Gotay, Beth Malone, Hugh Panaro and More Perform at the MTF New OrchestrationsConcert Take a look at the Musical Theatre Factory New Orchestrations concert. The evening took place Nov. 9 at 8 PM at Merkin Concert Hall at Kaufman Music Center. The concert also featured the Chelsea Symphony.

New Orchestrations, according to press notes, "pairs emergent musical theatre writers with Broadway orchestrators to commission stunning new orchestrations of their shows. Excerpts from four new musicals (and one reimagined favorite!) will be brought to life by the 35-piece Chelsea Symphony and a cast of Broadway stars in this not-to-be-missed benefit concert for the Musical Theatre Factory."

The concert featured Hugh Panaro (The Phantom of the Opera), Eden Espinosa (Wicked), Ashley Park (The King and I), Jay Armstrong Johnson (On The Town), Jason Gotay (Bring It On), Beth Malone (Fun Home), Karen Ziemba (Bullets Over Broadway), Farah Alvin (It Shoulda Been You), Annie Golden ("Orange Is the New Black"), Kent Oversewn (The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess), Angel Desai (Company), Aidan Gemme (Finding Neverland), Andrew Samonsky (The Bridges of Madison County), Elizabeth Stanley (The Bridges of Madison County) and more.

New Orchestrations featured fully orchestrated excerpts from Only Anne (music by Will Buck, book and lyrics by John Dietrich, orchestrations by William David Brohn), Radioactive (music by Will Reynolds, book and lyrics by Eric Price, orchestrations by Doug Besterman), The Firebird (music by Lisa Whitson, words by Christopher Staskel, orchestrations by Matt Aument) and The White City (music by Avi Amon, words by Julia Gytri, orchestrations by Kim D. Sherman). The concert will also feature an orchestral re-imagining of The Bridges of Madison County (music and lyrics by Jason Robert Brown, book by Marsha Norman, based on the novel by Robert James Waller, orchestrated by Charlie Rosen).
