‪Laura Beth Dailey: Matthew James Thomas for Best Actor in a Musical when he was starring in Pippin.

Thomas originated the title role in the Broadway revival of Pippin and was previously seen on Broadway in Spiderman: Turn Off The Dark. Pippin co-star Patina Miller took home the 2013 Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical.

‪Carissa Francheskah Strauss: Aaron Tveit for Best Featured Actor in Next to Normal!

Tveit has been seen on Broadway in Hairspray, Wicked, Next to Normal and Catch Me If You Can.  Next to Normal co-stars Jennifer Damiano and J. Robert Spencer both received Tony nominations, while Alice Ripley won the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical.

‪Matt Ian: Laura Osnes for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for when she played Hope Harcourt in Anything Goes!

A two-time Tony Award nominee, Osnes was most recently seen on Broadway in the revival of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella. She can currently be seen as Polly Peachum in the Atlantic Theatre Company’s revival of The Threepenny Opera, which opened April 7 at the Linda Gross Theater. She earned her Tony nominations for Cinderella and Bonnie & Clyde.

Peters has received three Tony Awards, multiple Grammy Awards, and has been seen in such hit shows as Sunday in the Park With George, Into the Woods and A Little Night Music, among numerous others.

Margherita made her Broadway debut in the 2013 prodcution of Matilda the Musical.  Her performance as Mrs. Wormwood earned her an Astaire Award nomination for Outstanding Female Dancer in a Broadway Show.

‪Lea Passione: Aaron Tveit in Catch Me If You Can

Tveit orginated the role of Frank Abignale Jr. in the 2011 musical adaptaion of the film Catch Me If You Can. Tveit's co-star Norbert Leo Butz took home the Tony Award for Best Actor.

‪Hayley Goldstein: Benjamin Walker in Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson. His performance was (to me) incredible among my absolute favorites ever. Heck, the entire show should have had more love, especially Alex Timbers' brilliant direction. (Alex Timbers is my favorite director working today.) If only The Book of Mormon came out a year later or earlier, maybe my favorite non-Sondheim musical of all time would have had a chance.

Walker was most recently seen in the 2013 Broadway revival of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.  Broadway credits include Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, Les Liaisons Dangereuses and Inherit the Wind. 

	Bette Midler

‪Nathan Bottorff: Bette Midler in I'll Eat You Last. Not many actresses can pull off doing a one-woman show while sitting on a couch while holding an audience's attention, making them laugh and cry. Ms. Midler stepped out of her comfort zone on this one and opened to rave reviews. The fact that she did not receive a Tony nomination is a grave injustice.

Midler made her Broadway debut in the 1964 production of Fiddler on the Roof.  She has been seen on Broadway in numerous concerts, produced the Tony-nominated musical Priscilla Queen of the Desert and most recently starred in the title role of of the one-woman show, I'll Eat You Last: A Chat With Sue Mengers.

Chenoweth has been seen on Broadway in the original casts of Wicked, You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown and the Broadway revival of Promises, Promises, just to name a few. She won the Tony Award for Best Featured Actress for You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown and earned a nomination for Best Actress in Wicked.

He has also been seen in the Broadway productions ofThe Threepenny Opera and Design for Living. He is currently reprising his Tony Award-winning performance in the 2014 revival of Cabaret playing at Studo 54.
