Ethan Gregory: I, for one, would love to see Amanda Seyfried as Glinda. As much as I love the original cast, they are too old to play these parts now, unfortunately. Seyfried has proven her acting and singing chops numerous times with her roles in Mamma Mia and Les Miserables. Though she has faced countless criticisms, I think her bubbly attitude would be perfect for the role of G(a)linda!
Seyfried starred as Cosette in the recent film adaptation of Les Misérables and played Sophie in the film adaptation of the jukebox musical Mamma Mia! She also appeared in the films "Mean Girls," "Jennifer's Body" and "Gone."
