The Broadway production of Waitress will once again welcome audience members to the stage following performances to offer their own takes on the songs of the show. The show’s Cast Album Karaoke series returns—this time with Playbill—on March 28, 29, and 30.
The three-day event will be co-hosted by Playbill vlogger and theatre personality Tyler Mount and members of the Waitress cast.
After the show, fans will have the chance to sing a selection from Tony and Grammy nominee Sara Bareilles’ score live with the house band on the Brooks Atkinson Theatre stage—and in the presence of a Broadway casting agent. One lucky singer will win a walk-on role in a future performance.
Waitress’ karaoke nights began in September 2016 and have become increasingly popular with audiences. Past events have included an appearance from Bareilles herself and an onstage marriage proposal.
Visit Ticketmaster to get tickets to Waitress to attend the after-show karaoke on March 28, 29, and 30.
