Taylor Louderman

She joined the show following her sophomore year at the University of Michigan. Other theatre credits include Aida, Legally Blonde and Footloose.

She has appeared onscreen in "Shadowland" and "Alice Upside Down."

Where you were born/where you were raised: Born in Madison, WI raised in Bourbon, MO.
Zodiac Sign: Sagittarius
What your parents did/do for a living: My dad is in executive management with Wal-Mart distribution, and my mom and dad operate two small businesses.
Siblings: Four younger sisters: Olivia, Hannah, Madison and Morgan (youngest two are twins)
Current audition song/monologue: Good question. I'm not sure. I haven't figured that out yet. I really like doing "That'll Show Him" from Plain and Fancy.
Special skills: I can juggle, I can cheer stunt, milk a cow and I like to do Miranda Sings impressions.
Something you're REALLY bad at: Relaxing, break dancing, being on time

If you could go back in time and catch any show, what would it be? Pajama Game. I just love it! grin

How you got your Equity card: Ensemble Summer Stock at the Muny
Favorite pre-/post- show meal: Strawberry Poppyseed Salad from Panera (which was originally "St. Louis Bread Company")
Favorite liquid refreshment: Starbucks' iced tall nonfat vanilla mocha
Pre-show rituals or warm-ups: Ten pushups, ab workout and our stunt call. And then my hair supervisor and I usually speak in a very obnoxious Russian accent.

Most challenging role you have ever played: Definitely Campbell in Bring It On
Biggest challenge about this current project: Singing while dancing AND stunting
Worst flubbed line/missed cue/onstage mishap: Oh gosh, I've had plenty of flubbed lines. With the show changing throughout the past year, my free-styling skills have vastly improved.
Worst costume ever: Playing a tree in The Wizard of Oz. I wore a unitard with leaves glued on to it!
Worst job you ever had: Mowing grass, although I did get a nice tan.
If you could trade roles/tracks with anyone in the show for a week, who would it be? Kate Rockwell/ Skylar
Were you ever a cheerleader, or play any sports in high school? Never a cheerleader, but I played soccer and basketball in high school!
Favorite thing about being in NYC after all of this time on the road: Being able to decorate my apartment! Pinterest addict. :-D
Most memorable stage door experience from the road: Meeting former President George Bush Sr.
Leading lady role you've been dying to play: Glinda in Wicked
Leading man role you wish you could play: Elder Cunningham in Book of Mormon
Something about you that surprises people: I can kick your butt in basketball wink
Something you are incredibly proud of: My roots. Not my hair roots (I have those too) but being from a small town in the middle of nowhere.
Something you're embarrassed to admit: I broke my arm when I was in 5th grade and now it's crooked.
Career you would want if not a performer: A teacher
Three things you can't live without: Chocolate, candles and my family
"I'll never understand why…" … the subways can't be a little bit less gross looking. I mean everyone and their brother relies on the subway system here in NYC. Can't we make them look a little bit nicer? I'll volunteer to bedazzle a train! wink
Words of advice for aspiring performers: Work hard and be nice!
