My brother Doug is in law school and my sister Dena is a lawyer. Both of them are in Philadelphia. I'm the oldest... which, if you know us, is hard to believe

Something you're REALLY bad at: Taxes!
First Broadway show you ever saw: The Who's Tommy
If you could go back in time and catch any performance, what would it be? Actually, of all things, I'd like to go all the way back to 1996 and see the original cast of Rent.

First stage kiss: Playing Perchik to Hodel (played by Carey Brown) at YPTW in Swarthmore (www.yptw.org)
Favorite or most memorable onstage role as a child/teenager:

Oh... that would have to be when my elementary school was doing the play The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and we had to supply our own costumes. My parents didn't want to buy me a wolf costume so I had to use what I wore for Halloween that year. I was the lone Gorilla of Narnia.

Moment you knew you wanted to perform for a living: I always knew I wanted to perform. I knew I wanted to perform for a living when I found out I didn't have to do it for free grin
Favorite pre-/post- show meal: I love a glass of wine and a plate of dips and pita from Kashkaval. My favorite dip is the beet skordalia.
Favorite liquid refreshment: A very cold Chimay Grande Reserve (Blue Label) or an ice water
Most vocally challenging role you have ever played: I'm doing it right now! Judas in JCS.
Worst flubbed line/missed cue/onstage mishap:

I re-arranged the placement of two different lines in "High Flying Adored" while I was doing Evita last year at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival. One of the verses starts "High flying adored, I hope you come - to terms with boredom" and in another verse it's "High flying adored, did you believe - in your wildest moments..."

AND I combined them to say "High flying adored, I hope you come - in your wildest moments..."

Che obviously cared about Eva's pleasure that day.

Worst costume ever: Upper Darby Summer Stage in Upper Darby, PA, is a fantastic place for kids to do theatre. But don't piss off the costume designer or you'll end up a fat griffon wearing fishnet stockings with felt wings in a production of Alice in Wonderland.
