Worst onstage mishap: Outdoor amphitheatre, changing from boy Rosalind to girl Rosalind in As You Like It, long gown, running from upstage trees, ran up the front of my dress from the inside and got shorter and shorter until I was a dwarf.
Worst costume ever: Without mentioning names, it was one that was made of the same fabric as a couch I sat on for an entire scene. I disappeared. It was the leading lady's idea, I think.
