Broadway favorite Norm Lewis, who currently plays Javert in the London production of Les Miz and will sing the role in the show's 25th anniversary concert on Oct. 3, fills out Playbill.com's offbeat questionnaire.

Lewis reprises the role that he played in the 2006 Broadway revival of Les Misérables. Other notable Broadway credits include Billy Flynn in Chicago, The Painter in Amour, Eddie in The Wild Party, Jake in Side Show, John in Miss Saigon, King Triton in The Little Mermaid and the original companies of Tommy and Sondheim on Sondheim.

He has been seen Off-Broadway in Dessa Rose, Two Gentlemen of Verona and A New Brain. He sang the role of Molokov in the 2003 Actors Fund concert staging of Chess and was Curtis in the 2001 Actors Fund performance of Dreamgirls.

Most vivid memory from your first performance on a Broadway stage: I was in Tommy. At the end we sang "Listening to You" and the audience went NUTS! It was awesome.
Favorite pre-show/post-show meal: Food, anywhere, anytime!
Favorite liquid refreshment: Margarita on the rocks with salt.
Pre-show rituals: Just regular voice warm-ups and some stretching.
Worst flubbed line/missed cue/onstage mishap: During The Little Mermaid, after the scene where King Triton tells off Ariel, a child shouted, "I hate you!" from the audience, and I was completely thrown off.

The next two minutes were spent with the actor playing the crab and me desperately trying to remember our lines. It was awful!

Worst job you ever had: I've loved all of my jobs onstage. I used to work as a dishwasher, though, and that was no fun.
