He has appeared on screen in "Chicago Fire," "According to Jim," "The Chicago Code," "Public Enemies" and "The Dilemma."

If you could go back in time and catch any show, what would it be? Man, oh man. It would have to be Kazan's production of A Streetcar Named Desire in 1947.
Did you have any particular mentors or inspirations as a young actor? Is Brando's name ever not mentioned here?
Current show other than your own you have been recommending to friends: I haven't gotten a chance to see any shows just yet, but I'm dying to see Mike Shannon and Kate Arrington in Grace.
Some favorite modern playwrights: Martin McDonagh, Bruce Norris, Tracy Letts.
Broadway or screen stars of the past you would most have loved to perform with: I wouldn't have minded having had a lanky-tall-man tussle with Jimmy Stewart.
The one performance – attended - that you will never forget: August: Osage County at Steppenwolf Downstairs Theater in Chicago, 2007.

How does it feel to be making your Broadway debut? It ain't bad. It...ain't...bad.
Other Albee plays/roles you'd love to take on at some point in life: I had always wanted to play George actually, but I just don't know if I can do it after this production. I don't know, check in with me again in 15 years.
Leading man role you've been dying to play: Boy, I'd love to play Valene in The Lonesome West.
Three things you can't live without: My family, LSU Football, New Orleans Saints Football
"I'll never understand why…" … people text in theaters. NEVER.
Words of advice for aspiring performers: Live in a city that you love. It makes the waiting bearable. And there will be a lot of waiting.
