Higgins, President of Ireland, visited London's Donmar Warehouse July 16 to see a performance of Irish playwright Conor McPherson's latest play The Night Alive. After the performance, he met the cast and crew backstage.

The play, which received its world premiere at the Donmar June 13, is running through July 27. The cast comprises Caoilfhionn Dunne, Brian Gleeson, Ciarán Hinds, Michael McElhatton and Jim Norton, under the direction of the playwright.
