“After eight wonderful years at The Players,” said Staller, who is currently represented Off-Broadway with You Never Can Tell, “we’ve been lured to the Upper West Side by one of this country’s premier performing arts spaces - Symphony Space. We’re all looking forward to what is sure to be a perfect partnership.”

The series, which presents monthly readings of plays by George Bernard Shaw, will inaugurate its new home Oct. 28 at 7 PM with a reading of Don Juan. Directed by Staller, the cast will boast Tony Award winner Richard Easton, Tony Award nominees Michael Cumpsty and Alison Fraser with Max Gordon Moore. Robert Osborne of Turner Classic Movies will host the evening, which will feature special performances by Tony Award winner George S. Irving and Tony Award nominee Charlotte Rae, with Beth Ertz on the piano.

Don Juan in Hell, according to press notes, is described as such: "This infamous dream scene from Shaw's epic comedy Man and Superman… offers a quartet of characters exploring the notion of where to spend eternity: Heaven or Hell. They entice each other with opposing points of view in this language-rich highly prized Shavian play-within-a-play, which is inspired by Mozart's Don Giovanni."

Now in its eighth year, Gingold Theatrical Group's Project Shaw made history in December 2009 as the first company ever to present performances of every one of Shaw's 65 plays (including full-length works, one-acts and sketches).
