PlayBlog Promises, Promises Orchestra Voices Sing New York’s Praises to LeBron James (Video) The Promises, Promises Orchestra Voices – Nikki Renee Daniels, Sarah Jane Everman, Chelsea Krombach and Kristen Beth Williams – can be seen on YouTube declaring their love for New York in song, along with their fervent wish to have currently team-less basketball player LeBron James come to the city and play for the Knicks.


The actresses have been appearing in a series of short and witty YouTube videos called “Lessons from The Cage.” Dressed in vintage “Mad Men” (and Promises)-era costumes and calling themselves Barbara, Sharon, Patsy and Cathy, the women sing early 1960s girl-group style ditties that usually advocate life lessons. The “Cage,” a sound booth beneath the Broadway Theatre stage, is where they spend much of their Promises time augmenting the sound of the show’s Burt Bacharach score, although they do play small onstage roles in dramatic scenes, according to a press rep for the production.
