Brown will perform in the Purcell Room at the South Bank Centre at 7:30 PM. He will be joined by actors Laura Pulver (London Parade), Jenna Russell (who will reprise her work in the London production of Sunday in the Park with George on Broadway later this season) and Joanna Riding (Olivier-winning star of London's Witches of Eastwick and My Fair Lady). The performers will be backed by Brown's longtime band, The Caucasian Rhythm Kings, featuring Gary Sieger on guitar and Randy Landau on bass. Jason Robert Brown, who was the musical director and arranger for the musical Urban Cowboy, won the Tony Award for Best Score for his Broadway debut, Parade. His two-person musical, The Last Five Years, played a brief run at Off-Broadway's Minetta Lane Theatre and was preserved on Sh-K-Boom Records. Brown also composed the score for Songs for a New World and wrote incidental music for Fuddy Meers, Kimberly Akimbo, The Waverly Gallery and the Irish Repertory Theatre's production of Long Day's Journey Into Night. His newest musical is titled 13. He also recently presented a workshop of another new musical, Honeymoon in Vegas, which is based on the film of the same name.

The South Bank Centre is located on Belvedere Road. Tickets, priced £30, are available by visiting www.southbankcentre.co.uk.
