News Pump Up the Volume Concert to Feature Constantine Maroulis, Nancy Opel and Leslie Odom, Jr. Tony Award nominees Constantine Maroulis and Nancy Opel, as well as Leslie Odom, Jr. and Bryce Ryness will perform songs from the new musical Pump Up the Volume June 25 at Joe's Pub.

Featuring music by Jeff Thomson (Jawbreaker) and book and lyrics by Jeremy Desmon, the rock musical is based on the 1990 film about a lonely teen who broadcasts a pirate FM radio station from his parents home. Katie Riegel produces the concert.

Dave Solomon directs a cast including Maroulis (Rock of Ages, Jekyll & Hyde), Opel (Memphis, Urinetown), Odom, Jr. (Leap of Faith) and Ryness (Hair), as well as Sasha Allen (Hair, "Camp"), Andrew C. Call (American Idiot, Glory Days), Jenna Leigh Green (Wicked, "Sabrina the Teenage Witch") and Lucas Steele (Myths and Hymns).

Ensemble members are Stephanie Kababe, Travis Morin, Zal Owen and Jessica Waxman. Aaron Jodoin will lead a four-piece band.
