Featuring music by Jeff Thomson (Jawbreaker) and book and lyrics by Jeremy Desmon, the rock musical is based on the 1990 film about a lonely teen who broadcasts a pirate FM radio station from his parents home.

Dave Solomon directs the sold-out 9:30 PM concert that is produced by Katie Riegel. Actress Samantha Mathis, who starred in the original film, is scheduled to make a special appearance.

The evening boasts a line-up including Tony nominees Maroulis (Rock of Ages, Jekyll & Hyde) and Opel (Memphis, Urinetown), as well as Elder (Bonnie & Clyde), Odom, Jr. (Leap of Faith), Emily Padgett (Rock of Ages), Harris Doran (Hair), Caren Lyn Tackett (Hair), Bryce Ryness (Hair), Gabriel Violett (Spring Awakening), Andrew C. Call (American Idiot, Glory Days), Jenna Leigh Green (Wicked, "Sabrina the Teenage Witch") and Lucas Steele (Myths and Hymns).

Ensemble members are Stephanie Kababe, Travis Morin, Zal Owen and Jessica Waxman. Aaron Jodoin leads a four-piece band.
