Carnivale, scheduled to open in May 2002, is the latest production from Radio City Entertainment. This musical theatre event, described as a“family entertainment spectacle” will feature the famed Radio City Rockettes. Peter Minshall, Costume and Puppet Designer of the Carnivale, has received a number of honors, including a Guggenheim Fellowship, the “Trinity Cross” (considered to be Trinidad’s highest honor) and the “Doctor of Letters” from the University of the West Indies. Minshall, along with his company, Callaloo, will be creating works for the opening ceremonies of the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Minshall also served as Grand Marshall of the West Indies Day Parade on Monday, Sept. 3 in Brooklyn, NY.
