"Stone Cold Dead Serious and Other Plays" is the title of the new Faber and Faber tome. The 240-page soft-cover book features the scripts for Stone Cold Dead Serious as well as Faster and Finer Noble Glass. Stone Cold Dead Serious was originally produced by the American Repertory Theater in Feb. 2002. Faster was presented by the Rattlestick Theater Company in September 2002. Finer Noble Glass was workshopped at the O'Neill Playwrights Conference in 2001 and was subsequently presented at the Humana Festival in March 2002.
Playwright Adam Rapp has written Nocturne, Ghosts in the Cottonwoods, Animals and Plants, Blackbird, Stone Cold Dead Serious, Finer Noble Gases, Faster, Trueblinka, Dreams of the Salthorse, Mistral and Gompers. Rapp's first feature film, "Winter," will premiere in 2005 with actors Ed Harris and Will Ferrell. Rapp's brother is actor Anthony Rapp, of Rent fame.
