Roundabout Theatre Company celebrated the Off-Broadway opening of Joshua Harmon's play Skintight, directed by Daniel Aukin, June 21. The new comedy-drama, about beauty, sex, and family, stars Tony winner Idina Menzel (Wicked, If/Then) in her first non-musical role in New York.

Menzel stars as Jodi Isaac, a divorced woman who discovers that her famous father is in a relationship with a much younger, gay adult film actor. Completing the cast of the new drama are Will Brittain, Stephen Carrasco, Eli Gelb, Cynthia Mace, and Jack Wetherall.

Skintight began performances May 31 in the Laura Pels Theatre in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre, where it is scheduled to play through August 26.
