The rock concert adaptation of Cruel Intentions celebrated its official opening at (le) Poisson Rouge December 11. The musical, now extended through February 2018, is back Off-Broadway following a sold-out, pop-up run at the venue earlier this year.
Cruel Intentions: The Musical is adapted from Roger Kumble’s cult ‘90s film and features many of the songs that made the movie so iconic, including The Verve’s “Bitter Sweet Symphony,” Christina Aguilera’s “Genie in a Bottle,” and Placebo's “Every You Every Me.”
