Theresa Rebeck's Downstairs celebrated its opening night at the Cherry Lane Theatre November 18. Adrienne Campbell-Hold directs the Primary Stages production, which stars brother-and-sister Tim Daly and Tyne Daly.

The two, appearing together on the New York stage for the first time, play, appropriately, siblings Irene and Teddy who grapple with a troubled family history while in a less-than-ideal living situation (Teddy is crashing in Irene's unfinished basement, much to the dismay of her husband).

The two are joined onstage by John Procaccino.
