News Readings of Jon Conway's Truth, Lies, Diana Will Be Presented in Manhattan Industry readings of Jon Conway's Truth, Lies, Diana will be presented in Manhattan Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 at the Snapple Theater Center.

The readings are being produced by Alan Darlow and executive producer Scott Zeiger. Bob Tomson directs; casting will be announced shortly.

The drama, according to press notes, "tells the story of an investigative journalist who finds his own life falling apart as he uncovers startling new revelations and secrets about the alleged 'cover up' of the death of Princess Diana. [The play] uses the actual words spoken by a cast of characters including Piers Morgan, Paul Burrell, James Hewitt, Mohammed Al Fayed, members of MI5, the police and the Royal Family, with revelations from previously silent sources, access to witness statements, medical records and court transcripts."

Author Jon Conway’s recent London hit, All the Fun of the Fair, starring David Essex, was nominated for Best New West End Musical of 2010.

General-managed by Aaron Grant & Aaron Grant Theatrical, Inc., Truth, Lies, Diana is aiming for an Off-Broadway bow in spring 2014.
