"The Sing-Off," NBC's upcoming a capella singing competition series, will travel to four U.S. cities later this month to search for the most talented a capella singing groups.
The groups will eventually compete on the series for a chance to win an Epic Records/Sony Entertainment recording contract. Auditions are scheduled for New York City (Sept. 12), Chicago (Sept. 14), Atlanta (Sept. 16) and Los Angeles (Sept. 19).
"The Sing-Off" is from Joel Gallen's Outlaw Entertainment and Sony Pictures Television. Gallen, Deb Newmyer and Sam Weisman are executive producers.
