The Oct. 4 performance will feature lyricist and composer duo Amanda Yesnowitz and Deborah Abramson; singer-songwriter David Buskin ; songwriting team Marcy Heisler and Zina Goldrich; jingle writer Jake Holmes; and Tony nominee Christiane Noll (Ragtime), who will perform “Wish on the Moon,” a song written by deRoy, Barry Kleinbort and Shelly Markham.
Currently scheduled for Oct. 5 are composer-lyricist Lance Horne; singer-songwriter Rick Jensen; director-composer-lyricist Kleinbort; singer-songwriter Christine Lavin; musical director-arranger-songwriter Markham; Tony-nominated composer Jeff Blumenkrantz; and Tony nominee Rebecca Luker, who will perform “Last Day on Earth” with music and lyrics by Horne.
Kleinbort will direct the evenings with musical direction by Markham.
Jamie deRoy, a stand-up comic, singer and hostess, has been a longtime fixture on the New York cabaret scene. She is the winner of eight MAC Awards, four Back Stage Bistro Awards, nine Telly Awards and is an Emmy-nominated producer of Channel 13's "CityArts."
